The Jazz Soirée is an intimate concert with great players, fresh sounds and great people.
It's like a jazz "house party" without the clean up.
Not just for "jazz lovers". Our Colorado music programs present pop, blues, Latin, funk, swing and other styles interpreted in modern jazz grooves with the added magic of jazz improvisation.
Conducted monthly since 2012, the October 10, 2014 program presents a mix of mostly jazz standards, tunes from tin pan alley, Broadway and the movies. Served up with some jazz facts and conversation. The concert features jazz flute song stylist Joseph Liberti, DU Professor of jazz keyboard David Hanson, World class bassist Kim Stone and hip jazz drummer Denver's Kevin Smith.
The cash bar provide fine wine and craft beers. The art gallery environment is cozy and conducive to real music enjoyment. Enjoy!
