Templeton Pig Project 7th
Ironside Fish and Oyster teams up with Templeton Rye for an amazing dinner featuring one of only 25 heritage breed duroc pigs that we have fed a diet consisting of our spent Templeton Rye whisky mash. Dinner will consist of culinary creations from Chef/Partner Jason McLeod and Chef de Cuisine JoJo Ruiz paired with Templeton Rye Cocktails created from Bar Manager Leigh Lecap.
Only 50 seats available over 2 nights October 6th & 7th.
