Are you already dreading the approach of the holiday season?

I know because I have been abused, homeless, driven from an academic career, yet earned terminal degrees from two top research institutions.
I know pain, achievement, and survival. I have maintained my serenity and faith through it all. During this seminar, I will teach you what I've done and how I've survived.

1.Why we stress during the holidays; it is all about the OPE: Other People's Expectations. We worry about what we THINK other people expect from us.
