Outdoor Yoga @ Garden of Ideas
Yoga on Saturdays
10am to 11am. Join instructor Emily Flecha, trained at Yoga Culture in Danbury, this and every Saturday through the fall equinox for a morning of yoga. Says Emily: ""As a yoga instructor I value Iyengars style, which focuses alot on alignment. I believe through mindfully performing asanas, or yoga poses, a union within the body is made resulting in fluidity, lightness, and grace. "
Where: Meet at Garden of Ideas welcome center.
When: every Saturday until fall equinox 10am-11am
Cost: Free We will gently remind you, however, that Friends of the Garden of Ideas is a non-profit with a conveniently located donation box!!!
