Ensemble Dal Niente 2014 Season Opener

At the close of Chicago's recent Polar Vortex, Ensemble Dal Niente welcomed hundreds of Chicagoans to the city's Cultural Center to meditate on winter with a performance of Hans Abrahamsen's Schnee. We now offer a bookend to that introspective experience -- with extroverted works celebrating Chicago's summer activity -- music related to Assemblage and Coming Together. All performances will be enhanced with video art created by Alejandro Acierto (b.1985).
