The Shape of Things
What is art? What is truth? What is love? The Shape of Things raises these powerful and difficult questions. Modernizing the fall of man story, we are introduced to Adam, a plain, atypical student, and Evelyn, an aggressive, resolute artist who meet randomly and have a connection from the start. During the course of the play we see subtle changes occurring with Adam in regards to his physical appearance and his behavior. Soon we start to see dangerous games of manipulation and betrayal. Only in the end do we discover the true purpose behind the web of lies, which leads us to question the things we thought were true.
