Ayyam Wa Layalli (Days and Nights) Arab Summer Festival and Outdoor Cinema at Marymoor Park
Food and festivities begin at 6:30pm (these will include Arabic food for purchase, bouncy house, cotton candy, popcorn and more).
Movie to start at sunset (~8:30pm).
Bring a blanket or a low-back chair, a sweater for when the sunsets and watch an old Egyptian classic "Ayyam wa Layali" "Days and Nights".
We'll provide lyrics in Arabic and transliterated into English so everyone can sing along with the legendary Abdel Halim Hafez under the stars. Run time 102 minutes with English subtitles.
We will be in McNair field which is across the road from the Velodrome and the climbing wall. Once you enter Marymoor Park follow the signs to the Lot I and soccer fields 7-14..
Parking is $1.00 - be sure to bring cash. There are portable toilets.
This event is hosted by the Arab Center of Washington Festival Team and the Bellevue College Arabic Culture Student Association, all proceeds will be shared evenly and the ACW portion will go towards the Arab Festival at Seattle Center Festal, August 2015.
You can purchase tickets at the event for $10 but only tickets purchased in advance will get you 5 bonus raffle tickets that can be used to play festival games and buy popcorn/cotton candy.
If purchsed by midnight on August 10, please check in at the ticket counter to redeem your free raffle tickets.
