ADA Overview / Multi-Family Housing Accessibility Regulations
Presented by Dawn Anderson, AIA Principal Owner of As It Stands Quality Assurance and Inspection Services in the San Jose area.

First hour of the program will be an ADA Program for those who want a quick tutorial of ADA.  This part will be free to AIARE members and will fulfill the need of those renewing architects who need one hour of ADA to renew their California license.

The next two hours will be an indepth review of the State and Federal accessibility requirements determined by types of buildings, types of use and types of funding.  Covers California Chaqpter 11A, Fair Housing Act and Section 504, etc.

Receive both AIA CES units for your attendance and California Architecture Board ADA Credits.

Fulfills SB 1608 requirements for all California licensed architects through December 2010.
