Soul Cocina presents..... JHARNA"S KITCHEN
Auntie Jharna and Chef Roger will show you how to make Indian home food from scratch. Learn how to make homemade samosas, dal bora, Auntie Jharna's famous chicken meatballs, mustard and tamarind halibut steamed in banana leaf with steamed rice scented with Bengali five spice, and a few homemade chutnies.
The class starts at 5pm. We will cook in a San Francisco neighborhood home kitchen. The class will last about 2 hours.
All participants will be provided with the recipes from the class to take home.
