Planting Justice Education Workshops
Planting Justice is now facilitating day-long workshops for the general public! Our dynamic curriculum explores urgent food justice issues and simple pathways to decolonizing your diet. This is education for liberation that will leave you armed with tools, strategies and recipes in solidarity with contemporary and past movements for social, ecological and economic justice. Packed with case studies and hands-on activities, this workshop will nourish your mind, body and spirit. A delicious lunch is provided and each participant will receive a packet to take home featuring permaculture design techniques, nutritious recipes and food justice analysis.
Our day-long workshops are sliding scale $60-80.
Scholarships are available. For scholarships for reduced or free admission, please contact education@plantingjustice.org.
