Warren Wolf's INCREDIBLE VIBES! at Jazzway 6004
Warren Wolf is a Baltimore native and phenomenal multi-instrumentalist and rising star of the jazz world. The Berklee graduate is a virtuoso in vibraphone, piano AND drums. He will be featured on vibes at the June 6th performance along with Lawrence Fields on piano, Vicente Archer on bass and John Lamkin on Drums.
At the age of 29, Warren had had the opportunity to play, record and tour with many of the worlds best musicians, including Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, Nicholas Payton, Mulgrew Miller, Lewis Nash, Christian McBride, Terri-Lyne Carrington, Bobby Watson, Roy Haynes, Danilo Perez, and many others.
Warren's current CD, "RAW", features Warren on both the vibraphone and drum set along with Darren Barrett on Trumpet, Walter Smith on Tenor Saxophone, and Lawrence Fields on Piano among others. "RAW"Â was reviewed in the April 2009 issue of Downbeat Magazine and received 4 STARS!
