Granny panties, taco meat, and anime fuel a comedic, passive-aggressive dance between a mother and her daughter-to-be. Unable to convince her fiancé to either tell his mother about their engagement or just leave, Julie is trapped in an increasingly uncomfortable situation, as a secret under the surface of this family threatens to erupt.
Chocolate Girl:
Satchmo, a once famous hockey player turned recluse, and his personal narrator kidnap the heiress to a chocolatier's fortune to exact delicious revenge for Satchmo's fall from fame.
gods Play:
Christopher Pentheus, a prideful writer, has angered the supreme Deity, by claiming he could write a better play than even God. But God has developed a great love for summer blockbusters, and to punish Pentheus' vanity, He will thrust the playwright into a world of over-the-top action, ridiculous escapes, and superficial romances, using only the empty stage and a reluctant two person chorus as the cast of thousands.
