Executive Chef Marc Bernard will discuss how herbs can grow just as easily on a patio or kitchen window as his 5-acre farm in Elburn, IL.

Bernard and Creative Chef Patricia Yeo will prepare dishes with herbs from Big Bowl's new Kitchen Lab where they create seasonal specialties.

You'll have the chance to purchase eggs from Bernard's prized heirloom hens and Berkshire pork raised sustainably on Rustic Road Farm.
