FOD- Top Chef Creates a Midsummer Night's Feast
Join Chef Hosea Rosenberg of Blackbelly Catering, winner of Top Chef Season 5, for a spectacular evening under the stars in downtown Boulder. Hosea's seasonal menu will incorporate Colorado's bounty, using fresh local farm ingredients from the Blackbelly farm and other farms in Boulder County. Guests will enjoy a selection of passed Hors d'oeuvre and a custom five-course menu, paired with New World wines from the hosts' cellar. Plus, learn some of Hosea's secrets in the kitchen during a short cooking demo that features one of the evening's delicious bites.
