Former Future Brewing Company St. Patrick's Day Beer Dinner
Join the crew of Former Future Brewing Company along with Mike's Kitchen and enjoy a 4-course paired dinner fit for any lad or lass. Beer selections are TBD, however the menu has been set!
1st Course: FFBC Irish Lamb Stew with Mint Gremolata
2nd Course: Baby Spinach Salad, Roasted Beets, Toasted Walnuts, Honeycrisp Apples, Shallot Vinaigrette
3rd Course: FFBC Braised Corned Beef served with a Irish White Cheddar and Chive Potato Croquette, Pickled Cabbage, and a Whole Grain Mustard Demi Glace
4th Course: Irish Soda Bread Pudding, Vanilla Custard, and Blueberry Compote
We'll offer a happy hour from 5 to 6p to allow you time to get from work. Dinner will start around 6p. And we promise there will be no green beer.
