SUSTAYNE Consultant Certification
The Social Enterprise Group (SEG) presents SUSTAYNE, an accelerated method for sustainable business planning. SUSTAYNE trains consultants (including academics, facilitators, and business professionals) to confidently guide clients through an intensive, creative process that embraces the holistic bottom line--mission and profitability.
SUSTAYNE is a practical, time-tested process designed for measurable results and exponential impact. Developed by SEG and the Bainbridge Graduate Institute (BGI), and based on the life work of BGI founder Gifford Pinchot III, SUSTAYNE includes tools for identifying and aligning goals, feasibility analysis, and social enterprise development.
The SUSTAYNE methodology goes beyond standard business planning; it is easily adapted to various consulting formats, including group workshops or one-on-one meetings.
By offering SUSTAYNE certification, SEG enables individuals to become catalysts in the sustainable business revolution.
This is not business as usual--this is how you change the world.
To become a SUSTAYNE Certified Consultant you must attend a three-day course. The cost is $5,000 per person (plus travel, lodging, some meals) and includes a Consultant Guide and the materials necessary to work with clients, including PowerPoint presentations and two Client Toolkits with worksheets and activities. Once certified, your name will be listed on the SEG website and inquiries received from your area will be referred to you.
The next SUSTAYNE training session will be held June 12-14, 2007 on Vashon Island, Washington (a short ferry ride from Seattle). Registration Information:
Payment is due, in full, by May 25, 2007. If you must cancel, you will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. Credit card payments may be made via this website (you will be charged a fee) or by sending a check or money order to Social Enterprise Group. We recommend contacting us to reserve your space as seating is limited.
We will assist participants in finding a hotel, however you are responsible for making your own reservations. We will provide lunch/snacks each day and dinner on Tuesday.
