March 20 TAG Luncheon: 'Leading and Training from a Bird's Eye View'
Dear Members & Guests:
We are very pleased to have as our guest speaker this month Evan Glassett, President of Evergreen Team Concepts a provider of business and personal training, business consulting and leadership seminars. Join Evan Glassett a professional development coach for a frank conversation on how to effectively create stronger teams through leading and training.
Evan will speak on the topic- Training as an asset. How is training in the tech world different from training in the non-tech world? Understanding how to train people based on their abilities and personalities rather than one size fits all.
One of the greatest challenges that we face as business owners is knowing where to put our money for maximum value. In a down economy it's our first gut reaction to cut the "luxury" of training however most successful business will tell you that it's the best time to train to keep your work force at "Peak" performance and get them ready for when the economy changes. The next challenge is knowing how to train and lead your team. This small workshop will give you a practical tool to help you discover how to train your team and give you new insight in why you should be investing in your team rather than cutting their budgets.

About the Speaker
Evan Glassett is the President of Evergreen Team Concepts. a talented and vibrant speaker/trainer who combines know-how and humor with real-life experiences and situations to create outstanding training and learning opportunities. He is able to apply learners' strengths to the topic to make the classroom environment attractive, productive, and conducive to Learning.
Evan has more than 17 years of professional sales, marketing, and training experience. With an education in communication and organizational development, Evan is well equipped to help prepare and train those working into the management and leadership fields. Evan has a bi-cultural background of Uruguayan/American descent and a strong cultural and educational grounding in Latin American history.
Evan has a M.A, in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate Institute and a B.A. in Communication from University of Utah.
