A to Z: A Baroque Exploration
Seattle Baroque Orchestra launches its 2006-2007 season with an exotic and colorful exploration of the Baroque from Albicastro to Zelenka! We'll even include the contemporary Iranian composer Amir Koushkani's hauntinly beautiful work, "Looking East," for Tar and Baroque strings...along with joyous works of Scarlatti and Telemann, and Vivaldi's fiery concerto for two violins and cello. Don't miss this exciting kick-off to our season!
