Well, we can't make you taller, but we can help with your Acro baller status. Come to this intermediate/adv workshop and learn a nifty little flow involving lots of tucked positions and spins.
PreReqs: free star x 30 seconds; tuck sit; Catherine's Wheel, some success with needle shoulder stand (free free)
