Shatter the Stigma Gala

Mark your calendars for the 1st annual Shatter the Stigma Gala on Saturday, February 25, 2023. The evening will be filled with delicious food, signature drinks, entertainment by Comedy Ventriloquist Chuck Field, and more.

Our mission is to reach out to the kid in the corner, whomever that may be, so that they feel supported by and connected to their community, as well as to start conversations about mental illness and inspire kids to build peer connections through education, awareness, and simple acts of kindness.

Mental health resources and access to care is more important than ever. In the Mental Health America Youth Data 2021 Report, Arizona is ranked 49. States with rankings 39-51 indicate that youth have a higher prevalence of mental illness and lower rates of access to care.

As we move into the new school year, we have hired more program trainers and are on track to impact more kids than ever! This year our goal is to reach 5,000 more youth and present in even more school districts, community groups, and workplaces.
