11th Annual Men in Motion Show
Comprised of hip hop and contemporary dance, new pieces and old favorites, this performance delivers Men in Motion's signature blend of bold physicality and inspiration.
Highlights include two new athletic and energetic works, set on our young men by guest choreographers Andre Lumpkin and Blake Dalton; and a guest performance by the wildly popular TrickaNomeTry, an all-male dance crew based at Emory University.
About Moving in the Spirit and Men in Motion:
Moving in the Spirit educates, inspires and unites young people through the art of dance, propelling them to become compassionate leaders. Men in Motion was formed eleven years ago by dancer Chris McCord, himself an alumnus of Moving in the Spirit, with the purpose of providing boys ages 10-13 with an alternative to street life and a path to achievement.
Tickets: $12 adults; $6 children ages 13 and under; FREE for children ages 3 and under
