Calcutta Kitchens Supper Club
Starting with papadum...ending with chutney, a Bengali wedding, often referred to as Biye is a true feast of the senses, with celebrations often lasting for 2-3, from morning till night. Awash in color, camaraderie and beauty, food and meals take center stage in the revelry. Calcutta Kitchens Supper Club invites guests to immerse themselves in the culinary delights of this 7-9 course feast of vegetables, meats and sweets, personally prepared by chef/owner Aditi Goswami. Limited seating, so secure your place at her table for Calcutta Kitchens inaugural Supper Club, and enjoy the flavorful journey though Aditi's home state of Calcutta and the South of India.
