The Rare Barrel Beer Dinner
Wednesday February 12th. The Rare Barrel Beer Dinner 5:30 pm & 8 pm.
Chef Mike O'Brien will prepare a five course diner paired with the finest offerings from The Rare Barrel. Jay Goodwin and Alex Wallash will walk us through each course. Two seating's are limited to 16 people each and held in the Tivoli Sour Room located in the cellar of Mikkeller Bar SF. Cost is $125. Includes Tax & Gratuity.

Amuse: Oysters on the half shell with Asian Pear Mignonette
First: Roasted Baby Beets, Fennel, Beet Greens, Tarragon and Spiced Pecans
Second: Poached Snapper, Celery Root Puree, Braised Endive and Fine Herbs
Third: Honey Glazed Duck Breast, Duck Leg Sausage, Malted Barley Risotto, Hazelnuts, Arugula, Sour Ale Cherry Sauce
Palette Cleanser: Meyer Lemon and Rosemary Sorbet
Last: Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate Tart, Vanilla Anglaise.
