Amelia Romano finds deep satisfaction composing and arranging music for Luminance forging new sounds in the global lever harp community. A San Francisco native, she began her lessons on a harp at the age of 9, with a teacher who inspired early compositions, improvisation and playing in a variety of youth ensembles.  She graduated from San Francisco School of the arts performing Laura Zaerrs' Celtic Concerto, and releasing her first solo album. Seeking Peace, in her senior year.  Lain American music, jazz and classical are all genres that she touches, but her music defines its own Path.  She plays a Thormahlen harp. Amelia will be joined by a Bat Area native trumpeter, Matthew Ebisuzaki, who received his Bachelor's Degree from the Curtis Institute of Music and his Master's degree from the New England Conservancy.  An avid classical performer, he is currently Principal Trumpet of Santa Cruz Symphony.  Matthew performs regularly in the Bay Area and enjoys working on musical projects that push outside the boundaries of normalcy.

TapWater Trio, Steve Moore, Rudy Slizewski, Ravi Laird, are joining us for an evening of stripped down acoustic World Twang.  TapWater is a jam band that blends rock, funk, Latin, jazz, bluegrass, country, blues, and pop music intended to make you happy. The band released their first record in 2003. Shoebox Photographs (along with the 2012 TapWater album, Too Dark to Blink) was produced by 6-time Grammy winner and member of Los Lobos, Steve Berlin. "I had as much fun making Shoebox Photographs with TapWater as about anything I've ever done. They are fantastic players, terrific writers, amazing singers and great people, and this new record reflects all of that and then some!" (Steve Berlin). The bands music is heard in the film Dream Result, which earned a Peoples Choice Award and Best Original Score Award at the 2011 Banff Mountain Film Festival and can also be heard on The River Runner, Rush Sturges documentary of legendary expedition kayaker Scott Lindgrens 20-year quest to be the first person to paddle the four great rivers that originate from Tibets sacred Mount Kailash. From Seattle to San Diego, TapWater's sound colors outside the lines of Americana while bringing musical inspiration from around the globe right to your front porch or dance floor. Inspired songwriting, virtuoso musicianship, and knockout performances keep fans coming back for more.https://tapwatermusic.com/shows
