Side Dishes: A Night of Shorts
Charlotte Jewish Film Festival event sponsored by Hearst Service Center.
An entertaining night of SIDE DISHES, shorts of varying lengths, including:
"The Cake Lady", named Best Short Film at the 2013 Atlanta Jewish Film Festival. (Special appearance by director Adam Hirsch)
"Wilt Chamberlain: Borscht Belt Bellhop", a documentary that includes some great archival footage of the time when Wilt Chamberlain worked as a bellhop at Kutsher's Country Club in the Catskills.
"The Tribe", a fun creative look at how the Barbie doll ties into Jewish identity.
All ticket purchases for the Charlotte Jewish Film Festival are non-refundable. In the event a screening is cancelled due to inclement weather, an alternative screening date will be offered.
