City Chickens 201
This class continues where the introductory class left off. It covers a broad range of topics including classes and breeds, endangered breeds, parts of a bird, advanced nutrition and health, prevention of disease, incubation, exhibiting poultry, as well as other land fowl such as ducks, geese and swans. This class is designed to maximize time for questions and discussion with other experienced poultry keepers. Please take City Chickens 101 or have basic husbandry experience before registering for this class.
Cost: $30 for Tilth members, $40 for non-members. Advanced registration and payment is required.
