Creating the Magic
The young talents of CityDance Conservatory, Petite Conservatory, Pre-Conservatory and Select Plus enchant audiences with their annual winter showcase in an exciting program across multiple genres from classical ballet to hip hop and beyond!
Professional repertory learned from summer intensive guest companies and International guest artists: Koresh Dance Company, Philadanco! Alex Neoral/Focus Cia de Danca, Elizabeth Gahl, and Ignite Artist, Robert J. Priore will be highlighted.
Creating the Magic features choreography staged and created by Ballet Master Stanislav Issaev, Artistic Director Lorraine Spiegler, CityDance Teaching Artists/Choreographers Diana Amalfitano, Keith Lamelle Thomas, Alicia Canterna, Olga Aru, Marie McNair, Monique Walker, Jenna Hide, Lara Segrillo and Hunter Tayman.
Award-winning solos from Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) and New York City Dance Alliance (NYCDA) will also be included. Creating the Magic also celebrates the fifteen graduating Conservatory seniors in the 2021-2022 season.

Saturday, December 11th at 7pm: Creating the Magic A1 Family Concert

Saturday, December 18th at 2:30pm: Creating the Magic B1 Family Concert
Saturday, December 18th at 7pm: Creating the Magic B2 Family Concert

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION:
Multiple dates can be added in one order. Add the selected date to the cart, and then click "Edit" next to your ticket and add a ticket to another date. Please note that only up to 2 tickets per dancer can be purchased for each concert due to health protocol restrictions and limited audience capacity. Please note that we expect all the shows to be sold out, so please place your order early and do not buy more than 2 tickets per show.
Live ticket reservations will close three hours prior to each performance or once it's sold out.
You can buy a Livestream package for all 6 Creating the Magic Concerts by December 4th. The livestream link will be sent to the email address you provide in Brown Paper Tickets on the day of each concert.
All audience members will also be required to follow our Health Protocols which include the following:
wear a face covering or face mask at all times in the building
consent to a temperature check upon entering the building
show proof of full vaccination or recent PCR COVID testing (3 day before the event).
