Holiday Harvester Feast
Chef Abby Fammartino from Abby's Table teams up with Chef Neil Davidson, recently from the Bay Area, to present a night of holiday food and drink in a 100% gluten free environment! All five courses are naturally gluten, dairy and soy free. The chefs will be alternating courses, which will be paired with seasonal and custom made ales by Harvester Brewing. Check out the special Spiced Persimmon Ale they are making just for this event!
HOLIDAY HARVEST MENU December 18th
starter savory apple galette apple IPA
second mizuna and radicchio salad, peppery walnuts, persimmon dressing spiced persimmon ipa
third butternut squash gnocchi with cider reduction, fried sage squash ale
fourth coffee and herb rubbed pork roast, polenta fries, broccoli rabe + greens veg/vegan: coffee and herb dusted white bean cakes, polenta fries, broccoli rabe + greens dark ale aged on coffee
sweet lemon bar with zabaglione, grapefruit supremes ipa 1
Again, menu is 100% gluten, dairy and soy free, naturally. Vegan options available for the main course, please sign up accordingly!
