Double Feature - Casablanca and The African Queen (Outdoor Showing)
Casablanca (1942): Although nobody knew it at the time, everything about Casablanca would turn out to be perfect. A movie which started as just another movie, with the script being written as the film was being shot, became one of the most beloved films of all time. Humphrey Bogart achieved immortality by portraying Rick Blaine, but his success would not have been possible without his co-star Ingrid Bergman and a superb supporting cast, including Claude Rains, Peter Lorre, Sydney Greenstreet, and Dooley Wilson.

The African Queen (1951): Adapted from a novel by C.S. Forester and directed by John Huston, The African Queen stars Humphrey Bogart in his Oscar-winning portrayal of Charlie Allnut, the slovenly, gin-swilling captain of a tramp steamer called the African Queen, which ships supplies to small East African villages during World War I. Katharine Hepburn plays Rose Sayer, the maiden-lady sister of a prim British missionary, Rev. Samuel Sayer (Robert Morley). When Germans invade and Samuel dies, Allnut offers to take Rose back to civilization.

WEATHER NOTICE: In the event of inclement weather, ticket holders will be issued a voucher for a showing of their choice so long as the showing is not already sold out. No refunds will be provided.
