Moveable Feast: Twelve Chefs Celebrate Six Farmers in a Series of Seasonal Suppers
Join the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA) for the last dinner in our Moveable Feast Series.  On Tuesday, August 4, guests will dine on the spacious and heated patio of Americano as executive chef Paul Arenstam and guest executive chef Chris Cosentino of Incanto highlight Joel Schirmer from Dirty Girl Produce.

The evening's menu includes:
Passed Hors d'oeuvres
~~
Heirloom Tomato Panzanella and Cucumber Salad
Spumante, Rose, Fantinel, Friuli, NV
~~
Whole Roasted California Striped Bass with Fennel Salmoriglio
Buceci Catarratto/Inzolia, Sicilia 2007
~~
Spit Roasted Porchetti with Dirty Girl Greens
Lagrein, J Hofstatter, Alto Adige, 2005
~~
Summer Fruit Crisp
Moscato D' Asti, Michele Chiarlo "Nivole", Peimonte, NV

Dinner is $80.00 per person, or $100.00 including wine, inclusive of tax and gratuity, and begins at 7:00pm; seats are limited.

The series is intended to honor the creative relationships within the chef community--and between chefs and farmers--all while bringing attention to CUESA's mission. A percentage of each ticket will benefit CUESA, operator of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
