Draw: Landscapes of the Mind

Immerse yourself in markmaking and see where it takes you!

Drawing is an all consuming process that can take us elsewhere. Bringing together her own drawing practice, her teaching expertise and a belief that drawing makes us feel better, Jenny Purrett has created this one hour drawing experience which is designed to not only give you skills and confidence in expressive charcoal drawing, but also a sense of wellbeing.

Join Jenny for this practical 1hour zoom workshop where she will take you and your charcoal on a drawing journey. After a series of warm up drawings, Jenny will guide you in the creation of your own imaginary landscape drawing.

You will need:
Charcoal (or pastel or chalk: only one colour needed)
A rubber
Large paper preferably A2 size. It could be cartridge paper, lining wallpaper, brown parcel paper or any other big paper.
Space to work: table top or drawing board which may get a bit dusty/messy

Suitable for all levels of drawing experience and all ages.
