Major vs. Minor: A Test of Human Behavior
A safe work environment is a productive one. No matter the size or type of the business, workplace safety procedures are a necessity for all staff. Safety measures protect employees as well as equipment and business property. Avoiding or minimizing injuries and damage to equipment and facilities will result in fewer expenses and more profit for a business.
Everyone has a responsibility to setting the safety tone and safety expectations at your workplace. When you're educated and aware, all injuries are preventable. There really are no accidents.
This is a fun and informative workshop designed for employees, managers and owners. Learn how human behavior directly affects the cost of your company's worker's compensation insurance claims.
