Dreamy Desserts-Vegan and Gluten-free

A long time in the making, this is our first class focused exclusively on desserts! We will discuss easy substitutes for butter, eggs, and milk and show you a wide variety of sweets made with completely plant based ingredients and free of both gluten and soy. Our tempting treats have been turning heads for the past few years, now is your chance to learn to make simple vegan, gluten-free desserts all of your family and friends can enjoy.

Fire and Earth Kitchen offers cooking classes which are 100% vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and open to everyone. We offer monthly group cooking classes in our fireside space, as well as private cooking classes in our space or yours. Our mission is to make plant-based and gluten-free cooking accessible to everyone. We do this by making sure every dish is simple to prepare, and by using nutritious, easy to find ingredients. All of our classes are demonstration based, which leaves you ample time to ask questions, sample food, and sip a drink. Custom recipe cards, nutritional information, and tips and tricks for easy meal preparation are shared throughout the class. Our group classes are social and casual, and cultivate a sense of community hard to find elsewhere. Each group class has a minimum of 4 participants, and maximum of 8.

Disclaimer: Classes are held in our intimate fireside space and while it is a test kitchen and classroom, it is also a home. Two sweet cats live here (though they will not be present during class), if you have allergies please take appropriate measures beforehand so you are completely comfortable for the duration, or contact us to schedule a class in your own home.
