How to Love Yourself

Join us Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 7 pm- 8 pm on Zoom for an evening with Author Mary Prenon!

Mary Prenon began her career as a broadcast reporter, radio show host and news anchor in the New York metro area. During her radio career, she received two Associated Press Broadcast Awards. Following that, she transferred to print reporting for various business and real estate publications. Over the course of her life, Prenon has written nearly a thousand newspaper and magazine articles.

Currently, she is the communications director for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors in White Plains, New York. Prenon writes monthly articles for "Real Estate In Depth," and is also a regular blog contributor to Thrive Global and The Medium. "Im Lazy, and I Love to Eat" is her first book. Mary will be discussing her book, "I'm Lazy and I Love to Eat". Her focus will be on the topic of how to love yourself and her personal story. She will talk about how the steps she took for her journey can be applied to challenges people face.
