Zoo Boise Member Tickets- October 1st-15th
Please reserve your FREE membership admission tickets here before your visit to the zoo. Please limit your tickets to once per week and let us know if you have to cancel so that other members can access tickets as well. READ BELOW FOR MORE INFO.
Zoo Boise is currently NOT ACCEPTING RECIPROCITY from other zoo memberships. These reservations are for Friends of Zoo Boise annual pass holders only.
Your ticket reservation experience will be the best on a desktop/computer.
These tickets are for members only and must be reserved in the name on the membership. If you are not a member, you will not be admitted with these tickets. Please select the day and time you would like to visit the zoo and reserve one ticket PER individual coming to the zoo. One ticket only admits one person each. Membership tickets are limited to the number on your pass.
Sold out spots will be light grey on the drop down menu. We are adding more spots as soon as we can, so please check back.
Order food for your visit! Food is available at 3/4 of the way through the path and you can order it online at https://boisezoo.myncrsilver.com/.
The City of Boise is closely monitoring COVID-19. Zoo Boise is following City recommended guidelines and policies for the safety of our guests, employees and animal collection. For your protection and the protection of others, we require employees and visitors to wear cloth face coverings or facemasks and to practice physical distancing in our facility. If you are unable to wear a cloth face covering or facemask, we will provide alternative options to ensure the safety of our staff and other members of the public and to provide you access to our services. The only exception to the cloth face covering or facemask policy that we allow at this time is for visitors under the age of two years.

The 30 minute window listed on your ticket is your entry time: please arrive only during those 30 minutes.
*In order to protect you and your family and to keep our animals safe and healthy, we have implemented a timed entry process with a limited number of visitors entering each hour. This means that purchasing a membership does not guarantee you will be able to come visit the zoo always at your preferred day and time. While there may be general admission tickets available, that may not mean membership slots are available for those same dates and times. General admission tickets are available in order to give people who may not be able to afford a membership a chance to visit. We open up dates and time slots for members at least one week in advance. We appreciate your patience and support as we move through these challenging times together.*
Member Ticket Guidelines
Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.
Date and times are non-transferable.

Concessions and Attractions
For the safety of guests, animals and employees, some buildings, attractions and encounters may be closed. Availability is subject to change at any time.

Member Check-In
Members can enter through the front gate to receive admission to the zoo.
Please prepare the membership card and photo ID of the person who reserved the tickets, as this is required at entry.
All guests must enter together during the specified time slot. Please ensure your entire party is present before entering the zoo.
Late entries will not be accepted.
Conservation tokens and printed maps are temporarily unavailable. A current map can be found at zooboise.org/map.
Guest Experience at the Zoo
Guests must maintain physical distancing and groups must remain six feet apart.
Directional indicators will be installed to help navigate guests through the zoo. Please adhere to the marked one-way path throughout the zoo.
Guests may not back-track or deviate from the path.
Visit length is limited to two hours.
Re-entry will not be permitted. Please make sure you have any personal items you may need before entering the zoo.
Guests who exit will not be allowed to re-enter the zoo for any reason.
