Dallas Jones CD Release Show & Live Recording at Jones Farm
Hey Friends! Please join us for a one of a kind concert opportunity!
On Saturday, October 17, Dallas Jones will be celebrating the release of his 9th studio album...Waiting on the Rain, Volume 2. This is, of course, the follow up to Waiting on the Rain, Volume 1, which came out in 2019. Since large indoor gatherings are not an option at the moment, we thought we would do something a little different this time around.
The concert will take place on Dallas's family farm in a very large hay barn. While this space could easily accommodate several hundred people, this event will be limited to only 100 lucky individuals. People are invited to gather at the farm around 5pm, and the concert will start promptly at 6pm. the show will also be professionally recorded with the hope of releasing a future live album if all goes as planned. Dallas will be joined by his longtime musical companion Molly Healey, as well as a few other guests. This promises to be a night to remember!!
Ticket Prices:
$20 general admission
$30 general admission plus Volume 1 AND 2 of waiting on the Rain
$50 VIP admission (front row seats, Complete Dallas Jones CD collection (9 albums!!!)
$10 kids 15 and under who can sit and listen to music for 2 hours :)
important notes:
-people are welcome to bring their own food/beverages
-bring your own chairs, but please socially distance
-portable bathroom services on sight, but no running water
-this is a covered outdoor event in a barn...please dress accordingly and wear sturdy shoes
- no pets allowed
-absolutely no smoking within 100ft of the barn
- rain or shine, it will be fine...we're in a big barn!!
first and foremost, this is listening concert...NOT a party. Please come ready to be an attentive crowd that is part of a unique live recording experience!
Jones Farm is located at 6013 west farm road 114, Springfield, mo 65802. The concert will take place in the Jones Hay Barn, which is about 1/4 mile west of this address...Big tan barn that says JONES on the front in big black letters. you really can't miss it, but we will also have signs set up pointing the way :)
