Big Brother and the Thought Police / Shock T's

Big Brother and the Thought Police, hailing from DSI Theater in Carrboro, NC, bring a fast, energetic style to sketch writing. The group is especially inspired by music, and it shows- both in the rhythm of its performances and in the narrative of some sketches. Big Brother and the Thought Police always strives for the audience to have as much fun watching their shows as the performers have on stage performing.

Big Brother and the Thought Police are Kevin Bokoch, Aaron Cobb, Lauren Herget, Vinny Valdivia and Tristan Yonce.

Shock T's are a three person comedy band with an acoustic guitar. We write original songs (no parodies) and perform them, with set lists that vary in length and content from night to night. It's a similar in style to Flight of the Conchords or Bo Burnham, but there's also a girl.
