ONLINE: Tarot 101 with A Drag Queen: Letting the Cards Read You
NOTE: This will be an online class via Zoom. Zoom information will be sent to all participants one hour before the event. This event will be held from 6-8pm Pacific time, but is available from anywhere in the world. Adjust your timings accordingly!
Have you ever looked at those sexy mysterious looking decks of cards you see in bookstores or occult shops and wanted desperately to learn their secrets? Have you ever tried to learn them only to find the book is filled with reactionary nonsense about gender and STILL nothing makes sense? Well do I have the class for you, learn the ancient (or at least early modern) art of getting absolutely roasted by pieces of paper with a highly opinionated drag queen as your guide!
PRESENTER:
Vincent Monroe is a writer, tarot reader, satanic church lady (who happens to be a man) and professional dominatrix who has been reading tarot for more than 20 years. He is flamboyantly gay and lives with his Satanic priest boyfriend in the Bay Area with their very bad cat and SO MANY ALTARS. His work has appeared in such publications as XOJane, Cleansheets, The Necronomicon short fiction collection and The Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy except not actually that last one.
