Gratitude: the art of giving and receiving
November 6, 13, and 20th: 8-9:30 pm
Join Liz Williams of the YogaSlackers for an evening of gratitude, sharing the practices of Professional Yoga and therapeutic touch.
Liz Williams is a licensed physical therapist and has been working in the healing arts
since 2000. She holds certifications in the following disciplines: Professional Yoga
Therapy, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Zen Shiatsu, Insight Bodhiwork, and
YogaSlackers. She has been teaching Acro and Slacklining in the Bay Area since 2011.
