Bistro fare is at the heart of French cooking, offering simple yet memorable dishes. In this hands-on class, you will learn to make traditional classics from scratch: Salade frisèe, with a poached egg, lardons and asparagus spears; French onion soup topped with Gruyère, and strawberry crepes with chocolate hazelnut spread. At the end of class, we will enjoy our culinary creations with a glass of vin blanc.
Instructor: Jill Simmons.
This is a hands-on class.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
