Learn how to make your own hot sauce right in your own kitchen! Hot sauce master Dan McGevna shares how to construct a balanced garlic and ginger hot sauce with the added benefits of lactic fermentation. We will cover flavor profiles, heat characteristics, and how to select peppers and vegetables to compliment the ginger and garlic. We will also discuss secret ingredients that will take your hot sauce to a world class level as we each create our own sauce.

Instructor: Dan McGevna

This is a hands-on class and is vegan by nature.

Students will enjoy a snack and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.

This class has been postponed from its originally scheduled date of June 4, 2020. It will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
