Salads make satisfying one-dish dinners when bulked up just right. Sandra has a knack for turning everything delicious. Each group will make a roasted carrot and lentil salad; fresh snap pea salad with marinated tofu; olive oil egg salad served on hearty bread, and honey-thyme lemonade.
Instructor: Sandra Clark Jergensen.
This is a hands-on class with a vegetarian menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
