Inspired by the food cultures of France and Hawaii, Jill and Walt bring us creative culinary delights with fabulous wine pairings. Enjoy passionfruit sparkling wine cocktails, poached shrimp dumplings in a beurre blanc sauce, crispy duck, mango and kale salad and guava coconut crème brûlée. Instructor: Jill and Walt Simmons.
This is a demonstration style class.
The menu includes wine pairings. Students must be 21 and over to enroll for this class.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
