It's true that many Indian dishes take time to make but it's also true that there are many quick dishes too! Join Shankari and learn from her recent trip to India how to make: kadai paneer - a creamy masala curry; cabbage thoran - stir-fried cabbage with shallots and coconut; simple dal; mint pulao - a flavorful rice dish, and seasonal fruit lassi.
Instructor: Shankari Easwaran.
This is a hands-on class with a vegetarian menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
This class has been postponed From May 28, 2020 and will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
