Make the most of the abundant fresh spring vegetables available this season. Make warm and nourishing soups to bring you out of winter and into the rejuvenation of spring. Learn to make cream of asparagus soup; curried carrot soup with tarragon; potato and leek chowder, and white bean and fennel soup. Instructor: Mayumi Tavalero
This is a demonstration-style class with a vegetarian menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
