Email Dom Gervasi with your gift voucher's Ticket ID (it's below the Ticket Details heading of your Brown Paper Tickets Order Confirmation) and your preferred tour days.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no partial refunds for no shows, late arrivals or partial attendance. Tours are held rain or shine, hot or cold. Tours may be canceled due to extenuating circumstances beyond our control. If a tour is canceled, ticket holders receive a full refund or credit for another tour.
