What are prime consulting firms looking for when they assemble their teams? What are end clients seeking in successful proposals and bids? As a subcontractor, especially as a certified SBE/DBE/MBE/WBE firm, what is the best way to demonstrate your value to a strategic alliance? These are the types of questions we aim to explore at the A/E/C Proposal Symposium 2020: Alliances, Best Practices, and Winning Strategies.
At this lunchtime event, attendees will have the opportunity to meet, learn, and glean valuable insight from decision makers within large A/E/C firms about what they look for when they put together a pursuit team, along with what owners/large clients look for when choosing consultants for their projects, both in the submitted proposal document and during the interview.
This event is co-hosted by the ACEC BBC, WTS SF Bay Area Chapter, and CMAA NorCal.
