A perfect way for young people to keep grounded and listen to what they need. Classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility and suppleness mindfully, whilst balancing physical movement and deep relaxation. Great for a hectic schedules full of homework, exam studies, hobbies and socialising.
Class Level: Open to all levels, including beginners. Participants should be aged 8- 14 years
