Heyday Farm Presents a Night With Bledsoe Family Winery
Forging relationships with winemakers in our region, and being able to showcase them to our customers is one of the true pleasures of operating Heyday Farm. This March we are thrilled to welcome one of our absolute favorites, Bledsoe Family Winery, to Heyday Farm for a night of fine food and absolutely amazing wine.
Perhaps you are familiar with the story of Drew Bledsoe and his post-football winemaking career? A former NFL quarterback and Washington native, Drew returned to his hometown of Walla Walla to pursue his love of wine. This passion resulted in world class, estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon under the Doubleback brand name, which subsequently led to the formation of Bledsoe Family Winery. Under these brands come some of the finest wines produced in Washington State, and we at Heyday can't think of a better way to spend an evening than with Josh McDaniels, the renowned winemaker from Bledsoe Family Winery.
Join us for a 5-course dinner prepared by Heyday Farm Chef Tadao Mitsui, with each course thoughtfully paired with a wine from Doubleback or Bledsoe Family Winery. Mingle with new friends at our community tables or chef's counter, while listening to stories about the wines and the thought process behind the pairings.
$150 includes dinner, wine pairings, and gratuity on meal. Discounted bottle and case prices available.
