Learn about the techniques and gear used to create skate films! Youth will get an introduction to different styles of skate filmmaking, see how various types of shots are captured, and then get to practice recording some of their own shots.
For maximum safety, instructors (not students) will be doing all the skating during filming, but students are encouraged to bring their own recording devices. Camcorders and ipads will also be provided for practice, and students will learn how fun and easy it is to make amazing skate films with phones or other cameras they have access to.
